TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.orenfragments.com between OREN, represented by Max Johann Hubert Hasenohr, Rheinsberger Straße 43, 10435 Berlin, Germany, and consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or self-employed activity (§ 13 BGB).

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded once we explicitly accept your order or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Small Business Regulation

All prices listed are final prices under § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).
According to the small business regulation, no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are made within Germany and other countries as specified during checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delays caused by third parties (such as postal or courier services) are beyond our control.

5. Payment

Payment is made in advance through the methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other secure payment options).
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please send an email to johannhubert@orenfragments.com including your order details and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Returned goods must be in unused, original condition.
Customized or hand-printed items may be excluded from return, as stated in the product description.

7. Returns and Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

8. Liability

We are not liable for slight negligence in cases of minor breaches of duty.
This does not affect claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

9. Copyright and Use of Content

All content on this website — including text, photography, and graphics — is protected by copyright.
Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent from OREN or Max Johann Hubert Hasenohr is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence remain unaffected.
