Shipping Policy
All OREN pieces are made and packed with care.
We ship from Berlin, Germany.
Processing time:
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
During product drops or high-demand periods, please allow a few extra days.
Shipping within Germany:
Approx. 2–4 business days after dispatch.
International shipping:
Approx. 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by third parties.
Return Policy
Each OREN piece is part of a small, limited batch and handcrafted individually — slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email johannhubert@orenfragments.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for the return shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
